Troubleshooting actions lead to a page freeze

On cloud when the user tries to make any actions like retry or discard, then the page is completely frozen. However, in the cases, where we manage to reproduce the behaviour the background task started normally. The only problem is that the user can't see the result because they need to refresh the page.
