Add Support for creating Custom Templates

A use case might be: I want to create customer-specific documentation for my product which includes a fair share of standard components which do not change, and components which are different from customer/project to customer/project. I woud like to create a template which includes all the standard components already. Using a copy-workaround it is already possible. However, I am sure, there is an easier and more comfortable solution for this.
