This is also valid for other page properties e,g. creator etc.

I am currently using a trial use of Scroll Exporter plugin within Confluence. I wish to add custom placeholders not only for version but also for:

  • author

  • approver

  • internal document revision number

  • date (in format DD/MM/YY)

I have tried using Confluence page properties (similar an available Scroll Office feature), but it seems the feature doesn't work (or it could well be I am using it incorrectly!?). Not having these placeholders available may jeopardize a corporate decision to purchase the plugin.

Hi Iain,

Thanks for your feedback - as you've voted this issue, you'll get a notification as soon as the revision number placeholder is available.
The other placeholders are tracked here:

Please also vote for this issue to receive updates as soon as there are any changes - we'll be working on those placeholders over the next weeks.

Regarding approver - what do you mean by this? Are you referring to the Comala Workflows integration? Could you reach out to support@k15t.com and provide some further information?

Best,
Nils
