ToC placeholder picks up headings in header/footers of section variations that are disabled

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new PDF template

  2. Enable different even and odd pages on the "Content" section

  3. On the "Even pages" layout add a "Document title" placeholder and style it with one of the heading styles, for example "Heading 1"

  4. Disable different even and odd pages on the "Content" section again

  5. Export any page with the new template

Expected result:
Table of Content only picks up the headings from the Confluence pages

Actual result:
Table of Content has an entry for the Document title with the page number "0". Clicking this entry does not do anything.

Workaround:
Enable "different even and odd pages" again, remove the Heading styling for the "Document title" placeholder, then disable "different even and odd pages" again.

Note:

This also applies to other variations of a sections, like First page and Landscape pages, not just Even/Odd pages.
