Scroll Ignore macro scope not respected in v3 exporters

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install the latest versions of Scroll PDF and Scroll HTML

  2. Create a new Confluence page and insert a Scroll Ignore macro with some content

  3. Edit the macro and uncheck all checkboxes for "Scope" except for Scroll PDF

  4. Save the page and export with Scroll HTML Exporter

Expected result:
Content in the ignore macro is displayed when exported with Scroll HTML. Same with other exporters, except Scroll PDF.

Actual result:
Content of ignore macro is not displayed when exported with Scroll HTML or any of the other 3.x Scroll Exporters.

Workaround:

Uninstall the Scroll Exporter Extensions app from the instance. Then re-install the latest version of Scroll HTML, which should install an older version of the Scroll Exporter Extensions without this bug. Verify that the installed version of the Exporter Extensions is 4.6.11 or older.
