Scroll table layout doesn't influence Jira table width when history macro is added to Confluence page

Description

When adding a scroll table layout before Jira macro with table display mode, column width setting is not applied if the Confluence page includes history macro.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a Jira macro to a Confluence page (with displayed as a table)

  2. Change the display options of the macro to *displayed as a table* and add key, summary and status columns.

  3. Prepend the Jira macro with a Scroll table layout with column width 10%,15%,75%

  4. Add a history macro to the page as well.

  5. Export the Confluence page.

Expected result:
The column width setting from the Scroll table layout will be applied to the Jira table.

Actual result:
The column width setting is not applied to the Jira table.

Workaround:

Remove the history macro from the Confluence page and export it again.
