When exporting a list style within a table, an extra line of whitespace is added after the last list row. This extends the size of the exported table.
Additionally, bullet and numbered lists are exported with an empty line between them if placed after each other.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a page in Confluence with lists in the table
Export the page to Word
If list is on its own – The list exports as displayed in the table on the Confluence page
If lists placed after one another – The next list is placed right after the previous one
If list is on its own – The list includes an extra line after the last list row
If lists placed after one another – There is a line between the lists.
Placing regular text at the end of the bullet lists fixes the issue.
This blocking the usage of scroll office, since most documents contain a load of tables with bullet lists. Tables become unreadable long, spread over multiple pages and require a lot of manual labour after exporting.
Thanks for that feedback.
We're planning to have another bug fix release for our Sccroll Exporters early 2017. We'll further investigate this issue in that sprint and might come up with a solution.
We'll update this ticket as soon as there are any news. As you've voted the issue you'll get a notification then.
We have the same issue and it is of high priority for us to have it fixed.
Thank you for the fix!
