Steps to reproduce

1. Insert a child page macro to a page

2. Leave macro setting ‘maximum number of levels shown' on the default value ('1 level’)

3. Publish page to Viewport

Expected result

Only one level of the child page hierarchy is shown in Viewport within a flat list

Actual result

The child page macro in Viewport is rendered with an arrow next to the child page titles, indicating further levels, even if the max level is set to '1'
