Situation with Remote Publishing:
Create a space with initial version in Source (Duplicate Pagetitles feature is activated)
Create a new page in initial version with scroll page title "Page A" (permalink is "Page A")
Edit the page, change the page title to "Page A Plus" (permalink remains as "Page A")
Publish the space to existing space / new space in Target (without VSN)
Go to the published space in Target
Result before 3.3.2:
A page in the published space has a page title "Page A Plus" and also confluence page title "Page A Plus"
Situation after 3.3.2:
A page has a page title "Page A" . The behaviour of title handling was accidentally changed by fixing the bug VSN-3154.
As consequence not to affect existing systems by new (and right) behaviour, a new option should be added to "Advanced Plugin Settings" on the global level.
If the option "Keep permalink as page title" has the default (checked) value, a title of the page should match the permalink (e.g. "Page A").
If the option is disabled, a title of the page should match the scroll page title (e.g. "Page A Plus").
Publishing to same is not affected by this feature.
