Scroll Page Tree macro should be transformed to standard page tree macro on publish

When publishing a page with a Scroll Page Tree macro, the macro should be transformed into a standard Confluence page tree macro.
Currently the macro stays the same, which can be a problem in the remote publishing scenario, as the macro can't be resolved correctly, if Scroll Versions is not installed on the remote system (displays "Unknown macro" instead).
