When publishing excerpt include+ isn't converted to excerpt include

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate versions by creating an initial version in the source space

2. Create a page with an Excerpt macro

3. Create another page → Insert Excerpt include Plus macro → select the page from step #2

4. Publish the space to a new space or remote Confluence

5. Open the published page

Expected result:
Excerpt Include Plus macro is converted to Excerpt Include

Actual result:
on remote: Unknown macro: 'excerpt-includeplus' is displayed in the remote instance
on the same: Excerpt-Include plus macro is displayed
