Allow setting restrictions on master pages due to Comala's workflow state changes

In Comala Worklows, permissions are set for viewing and editing a page. Unfortunately, these do not work in connection with Scroll Versions.
Assume the page is versioned. When the status of the workflow is changed only the versioned page now gets the new permissions for the corresponding group. The master page retains the original permissions.

This means that the group that is now in the process of editing is not able to see and edit the page, because it is still limited by the master page.
