Error about unreconciled pages when publishing or deleting versions, deleting or converting pages to unversioned after Confluence 7 upgrade

Description

Publishing

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Confluence 6.15 → enable versions in one of the spaces,

  2. create 2 or more versioned pages,

  3. upgrade to Confluence 7.0.2 or 7.1,

  4. open the same space → Publish to Same

Expected result:
The publishing process finishes without errors at first attempt

Actual result:
An error is displayed "Unable to save changes to unreconciled page ContentId{id=12345678}. Refreshing the page should fix this."

Workaround:
Close the error → publish again (do the same for the amount of versioned pages in the space)

Deleting pages

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Confluence 6.15 → enable versions in one of the spaces,

  2. create 2 or more versioned pages,

  3. upgrade to Confluence 7.0.2 or 7.1,

  4. open any page in the same space → click Delete in Page Tools → tick the checkbox to delete the page and all its versions → Delete

Expected result:
The page is deleted

Actual result:

Converting to unversioned

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Confluence 6.15 → enable versions in one of the spaces,

  2. create 2 or more versioned pages,

  3. upgrade to Confluence 7.0.2 or 7.1,

  4. open any page in the same space → click Versions menu → convert to unversioned → Convert

Expected result:
The page is converted to an unversioned page

Actual result:
An error is displayed "Unable to save changes to unreconciled page ContentId{id=12345678}. Refreshing the page should fix this."
