Disable of issue type mappings does not work properly

When disabling an Issue Type mapping in Backbone future Issues of that type should not be synced at all.

Instead Backbone throws a missing issue type mapping exception for each issue (of that type) after the mapping has been disabled.

Expected behavior

Backbone does not try to sync issues of that type
