Synchronizations don't start automatically after restart

Description

After a restart, the synchronizations sometimes don't start automatically.
They end up in a loop with the following in the logs:

 

Workaround:

You can start the synchronizations manually.

Hi Roland,

The issue has indeed been resolved and should be out in the next release.
You can keep an eye out on the Marketplace for new releases. If you’d like to receive notifications for new releases, you can watch the Backbone Issue Sync for JIRA on Atlassian Marketplace (click Watch App in the lower right corner).
