The Atlassian Marketplace is a place where developers like yourself have been able to flourish, and we are proud of the 3,500+ apps that you have created to make our customers' experiences with Atlassian's products better.
For the sake of clarity to our mutual customers, we need to make sure that our brands are distinct and separate from each other. Some app logos in the Marketplace currently utilize elements of Atlassian's brand. We have created brand guidelines specific to Marketplace vendors that cover all aspects of how you should represent your company in relation to Atlassian.
You are receiving this email because one or more of your app logos violates our brand guidelines. This could be because your logo is:
• Using our company logo or company wordmark

• Using our product logos or product wordmarks

• Using our product names

• Using our illustrations or iconography

• Using modifications to any of the above in your logo
Going forward, any apps submitted to Atlassian Marketplace with logos that violate our brand guidelines will be rejected, and we are requiring all apps that currently violate our brand guidelines to update their logos to comply. You have 60 days from the date of this email to update your app logos to remove our brand elements.
Here are the places where you need to update your logos:
• For server apps, update the logo in the .jar file and submit a new version to Marketplace

• For cloud apps, update the logo in the descriptor

• For all apps, update the logo (and the UPM banner if it contains your logo) on your Marketplace listing page via the Details tab under Manage App
If you do not update them in 60 days, your app will be hidden in Marketplace and UPM, meaning users will not be able to find your app and install it for the first time. This will not affect current users of your app.
If you do not update your logos within 90 days of the date of this email, we will begin the process of archiving your app.
