Improve display of Expando macro in Panel macro

Description

When nesting an Expando macro within a Confluence Panel macro, with a coloured background on the Confluence page, the text associated with the Expando macro displays with a white background.

We should introduce an improvement that allows the text to match the background colour defined for the Panel macro.
