Preserve inline comments in the editor for inherited versions when using Scroll Versions

Description

Currently, within a space where Scroll Versions is active, inline comments which are inherited in different versions and displayed in the page view, are not preserved in the edit mode.

It would be beneficial for users if the inline comments were also present in the inherited version of the page, rather than having to go to the original version where the inline comment was added.
