Long tooltips are cut

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page, place an ImageMap

2. Add a tooltip and type this text in the Tooltip field: This is a very long tooltip to test functionality

3. Save the page, confirm that the tooltip display the whole entered text

4. Edit the page, edit the ImageMap macro. Don't change anything, notice the tooltip field now has This is a very long...

5. Save the macro without changing anything

6. Save the page

7. Hover over the field with the tooltip

Expected result:
Text appears: This is a very long tooltip to test functionality

Actual result:
Text appears: This is a very long...

Workaround:
Type the full tooltip text every time the macro is edited
