March’25 - Our developers suspect that the problem is caused by new layout changes in Confluence which have been recently rolled out. We have reached out to Atlassian and will update this issue accordingly once we have new details to share.
When clicking anywhere in the app, the dialog disappears and there is a JS error in console.
Steps to reproduce
Create a page using Chrome
Navigate to the page tools menu ••• > Apps > Edit Storage Format
Click in the app dialog
Expected result: Content of the editor can be interacted with
Actual result: The Storage Format editor closes
Workaround: Use a different browser ie. Mozilla Firefox
