The preview page inside the theme configurator gets blank, as soon as one clicks on any link.
This is because the page contains valid links but these links always point to URLs that return 404 pages.
We discussed the following options to address this problem:
add some layer to the preview page that prevents interactions or
make the links work.
There is no final decision yet.
