Make panel macros in articles identifiable through screen reader labels

Description

To comply with the https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/non-text-content.html panel macros should communicate the type of macro they are (Error, Warning, Information, Note, Custom) to users that make use of screen reader tools for website navigation
