As a site manager, I want to embed links to other pages or websites from specified areas of my diagrams, so I can direct my users to further information.

Acceptance criteria

• Links embedded in the Lucidchart and draw.io editor will work in Viewport

• The linking behavior could be similar to how it is with Scroll Imagemap
