If background image of hero layout isn't set, the area is not filled with the header color

According to Hero Layout documentation, if spaceHomePage.hero.banner.backgroundImage setting isn't set, the area should be filled with the header color.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a copy of the Help Center theme,

2. in the copy remove the value from spaceHomePage.hero.banner.backgroundImage property → save changes,

3. open Viewport

Expected result:
instead of the hero image, the header color fills the hero image

Actual result:
the default hero image is used
