Alt text on images is rendered as content

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a page → upload an image to the page → add something to alt text,

2. open the page in Help Center theme.

Expected result:
alt text is only rendered on hover and through screen readers

Actual result:
alt text is visible underneath the image as part of the content
