Tiles are not the correct height

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a portal page in Help Center theme

2. Navigate back and forth between the portal and another page

Expected result:

Tiles on portal are also the correct size.

Actual result:

Tiles are sometimes too short.

Workaround:
Reload with clearing cache
