Resized images are not being displayed correctly since Confluence 8.6.0
Description
Description
Since the update to Confluence 8.6.0, images resized to something other than their original size do not display correctly.
Steps to reproduce 1. Include an image to a page 2. Set the width to something like 200px (either in the edit dialog when hovering over the image or in the storage format by setting ac:width) 3. Create a Viewport for the space with the Web Help theme or Help Center Theme 4. Open the site in Viewport
Expected results The image displays at 200px.
Actual results No image visible, size gets reduced so much that image seems to disappear. Text around the image might appear wrongly formatted due to more whitespace.
