Validation Error when rescheduling a page to a version that has a page with the same name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup space with versions and permalink support enabled

2. Create two versions (once succeeding another)

3. In version 1.0 create 'Page' (default permalink)

4. In version 1.0 create another 'Page' with modified permalink

5. Reschedule original 'Page' to version 2.0

6. Open the "second" 'Page', try to reschedule it to version 2.0

Expected result:
Page is rescheduled successfully

Actual result:
Rescheduling fails with Form Validation Error:

Error in the log:

Workaround:

1. Rename that page that cannot be rescheduled

2. Reschedule it

3. Change the name back to original
