Spaces with configured space logo can't be published

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create a new space

  2. change the space logo to anything but the default

  3. activate Scroll Versions

  4. publish to new or existing space

Expected result:
Publish completes successfully

Actual result:
Publish fails with the stacktrace mentioned in comment

Workaround:

  1. Change the space logo to default one

  2. Publish

Notes:

  • this still works with Confluence 5.8.1

  • publish to same works OK

Environment

  • Confluence 5.8.16

  • Confluence 5.9.1 (beta4 EAP)
