If all versions are hidden, there is no way to switch to the author view

Steps to reproduce:

1. In a space activate Scroll Versions by creating a version

2. Hide (archive) this version

3. Access the space

Expected result:
Space admin should see the author view

Actual result:

• The reader View is displayed

• There is no way to switch back to the author view (with with back arrow or "Switch to Author View")
