Workflow report doesn't display AM/PM when German is selected as Confluence language

Description

When English is selected as Confluence UI language, the Workflows report displays modification time with AM/PM:

When German is selected as Confluence UI language, the Workflows report deletes AM/PM from the modification time, which makes it look like the changes were done at 2 or 3 at night:
