Enterprise Theme: Scroll Versions toolbar is not visible, Confluence page titles instead of Scroll page title

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Activate Enterprise Theme in the space and create an initial version

  2. Create a new versioned page

Expected result:

  • Scroll Versions toolbar is visible

  • Scroll page titles are displayed when viewing the page

Actual result:

  • Scroll Versions toolbar is not visible

  • Confluence page titles are displayed when viewing the page

  • Edit button doesn't look right (see screenshot)

Environment

  • Confluence 6.9.0, 6.15.1

  • Enterprise Theme 6.0.1, 6.1.0
