Remote publishing should support/maintain user links
Description
Currently Remote publishing doesn't recognise user links when publishing since userkeys are all unique in each space. Improve this behaviour by finding a way to see if the same user exists in the other space.
Steps to reproduce:
Set up a remote publishing instance, be sure that same users exist in both space.
Create a version and a versioned page in the source space
Add a user link to the page and publish this to target space.
Expected result: Users should be identified in the target space as well since they exist on both space.
Actual result: "Not an unresolved user" is replacing the user link in the published space
