Steps to reproduce
Create a space with one version in it.
Create a page and give it a title such as “Page A ++”.
Publish the page.
Now open and close the editor of “Page A ++” a couple of times (without clicking Save).
Expected result
The page remains the same as no changes are done to the page.
Actual result
The pluses in the page title disappears, so the title changes from “Page A ++” to “Page A” .
