Redundant container page cannot be removed at the end of a Scroll Documents conversion

In certain cases the container page can not be removed because Confluence runs into an internal error when moving the container page’s children in place of the container page.

The conversion fails and the resulting space contains all pages (of the versions converted so far) but no documents are set up in the space.
