Scroll page title not displayed in remote system

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up 2 Confluence instances with an application link

  2. Instance one has Scroll Versions installed

  3. Instance two only has Scroll Remote Publishing Endpoint

  4. Create a space with one version and duplicate page titles enabled

  5. Create a page 'page' and set the permalink to 'permalink'

  6. Publish the space into the remote system

  7. open page 'page' in the remote system

Expected result:
'page' is the displayed title of the page

Actual result:
'permalink' is the displayed title of the page

This works as designed and also works the same way as for (local) publishing. I.e. the page title will be created from the permalink by default.
